This is the skills lab portion of NRS 115. Application of the nursing process and expansion on the concepts of client, health, environment and nurse, with emphasis on caring for adult clients with common health alterations. Includes expansion of skills that are the basis of effective nursing practice. Also includes additional application of theory in the college laboratory.
