Catalog description
2 hr(s). This course provides comprehensive instruction in the primary image qualities and explains the characteristics of x-rays and their ability to interact with matter and image recording devices. Discusses the various technical factors and accessory devices factors employed in the production of optimal quality radiographs. A lab component is also incorporated. 48 clock hours. The successful completion of this course with a “C” or better is required for graduation. Restriction(s): Radiologic Technology majors
