Interpreting Observation

This practicum experience provides students with opportunities to observe and reflect on their content, professional, interpreting knowledge, skills and disposition in classroom settings at both schools for the deaf and mainstreamed programs. The practicum experience must be completed with a grade of at least a “C” before entering the second practicum required. Prerequisite(s): AMSL 1114 Restriction(s): Interpreter Training Program and Sign Language Interpreter majors
