Catalog description
This course introduces the student to hand tools, blueprints, and basic machines. Emphasis is placed on the completion of simple gauges and tools used in the Gunsmithing trade. Upon completion, students should be able to produce from blueprints, tools, and fixtures for use in Gunsmithing, using hand tools and basic machine set ups. This course is restricted to diploma and/or certificate programs.
