Catalog description
Vector-valued functions, differentiation and integration in 3-dimensional space, partial derivatives, maxima and minima of 2 and 3 variable functions, line and surface integrals, Green's theorem (multidimensional), Stokes' Theorem, conic sections, and applications to real-world problems. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisite: MATH 2460.
