Catalog description
Elementary study of quantitative data, frequency distributions, graphical representations of data, mean and variance of the sample and population, combinatorics, probability theory and probability distributions. Study of binomial, normal and Poisson distributions, sampling and hypothesis tests. Prerequisite: Minimum Math ACT score of 19 OR Minimum Math SAT score of 510 OR any Math 1005 or higher OR permission of department.
