Foundations of School Counseling and Ethical Practice This course is designed to examine the philosophical basis for school counseling including historical and current trends within the field. The course examines program development for P-12 students based on the American School Counselor Association's national model and standards for school counseling programs. The course will also focus on ethical considerations specific to the practice of school counseling.
