Catalog description
This course provides an overview of action research as an approach to applied educational research. This course is designed for students to explore introductory concepts of action research, including identifying the purpose of action research, planning action research, developing a research plan, and writing up action research reports. Students will engage in action research practices and evaluate action research published within their content area and/or school context.
