An introduction to modern theories of bonding and structure, reaction mechanisms and synthetic methods in inorganic systems. Synthesis and characterization by modern techniques of typical inorganic compounds. Lecture and laboratory. Prerequisite: CHEM 1102 and CLAB 1102.
