Catalog description
Introduction to the transformation of matter in chemical reactions and the energy changes that accompany these reactions. States of matter, stoichiometry and atomic structure are treated in detail. Lecture. Prerequisite: MATH 1100 or equivalent. Corequisite: CLAB 1101 or passing grade in CLAB 1101.
