Catalog description

The purpose of this laboratory course is to supplement the student understanding of the structure and function of the human body, ultimately leading to a high degree of professional proficiency in allied health and physical education fields. The topics to be covered include basic biological concepts as they relate particularly to the human body, tissue types, integumentary system, skeletal system, muscular system, nervous system. Student should be registered for lecture and laboratory at the same time.
