This course examines the characteristics and instruction of learners with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including traumatic brain injury (TBI). Emphasis is placed on learner characteristics, instructional strategies, assessment measures, and technology integration. Supports, accommodations, and curricular modifications will be analyzed among various service delivery options.
