SPAN/110 is an introductory course in conversational Spanish. The objective of the course is to teach students basic vocabulary and grammar with an emphasis on the meaningful use of the language and an introduction to Hispanic cultures. Upon completion of the course, students should be able to communicate effectively in Spanish, using basic words and phrases learned during the course. B-123
