Catalog description

Students in this course will gain an appreciation for the processes I/O psychologists use to recruit, select, place, and develop employees, managers, and executives. This includes discussions about tests, assessment centers, interviews, succession planning, and departure. Students will examine the role of the I/O psychologist in awareness, preparedness, and response to behavioral problems or issues in the workplace.
