This course exposes students to historical and emerging leadership theories to enable them to develop their own individual leadership style to effectively lead in an unpredictable and rapidly changing environment. The course emphasizes the importance of leadership decision-making and maintains a strong future forward orientation in attaining organizational goals and achieving performance excellence.
