Catalog description

This course aims to equip learners with an understanding of interpersonal processes and small group interactions. Areas of focus include power dynamics, viewpoints, motivations, guidance, decision-making approaches, and team formation strategies. The collaborative learning methodology will be utilized to examine various concepts of interpersonal processes in an organizational context.
