Catalog description

In this course, students explore instructional leadership as an integrated practice to evolve their understanding of, and capacity for, advancing teaching and learning. Effective teaching and learning strategies are examined as they relate to motivating faculty, staff, and students, and creating dynamic learning environments. Additional topics include leading change in learning environments and counterbalancing resistance to change for faculty, staff, and students. B-52
