Faculty Supervision

Catalog description

These are the University Supervisors who coach and evaluate our students during their capstone student teaching or administrative clinical experiences. Among the principle duties, University Supervisors facilitate orientation meetings with student teachers and cooperating teachers/supervising mentors, document student teacher progress across a minimum of four observations, and complete formal and informal evaluations of progress. University Supervisors must be available to visit schools on varying days during the work week, and respond to emails or phone calls within 24 hours.
