Catalog description

This course provides an overview of early childhood education for children, birth through age 8. Historical foundations of early childhood education, the role of technology, professionalism, and trends and issues in education are introduced. Students will reflect upon their personal dispositional skills desired for an educational career and will create a personal philosophy of education.
