Prioritizing Equality of Opportunity in Education

Catalog description

This course provides candidates the opportunity to examine and to reflect upon prioritizing equality of opportunity in education. In particular, the course focuses on how students, families, teachers, and staff contribute to school practices, programs, and curriculum through fair and representative participation. Candidates examine their personal beliefs, as well as issues regarding prioritizing equality of opportunity, in the context of leadership. B-47
