Catalog description
This course represents the implementation phase of the cybersecurity capstone experience. Building on the design work completed in the prior course, students apply ethical hacking concepts, techniques, and tools to assess, test, and validate security controls across diverse attack domains. Emphasis is placed on hands-on evaluation of web, wireless, cryptographic, and cloud-based systems; analysis of intrusion detection and prevention mechanisms; and professional communication of findings to support informed security decision-making and risk mitigation.
