Catalog description

This course focuses on applying curricular theory to best practices in the 21st-century classroom. Learners explore current research in curriculum and instruction. In addition, learners analyze curriculum philosophy, instructional planning, and practical applications in curriculum design. Emphasis is placed on processes in curriculum design, diversity in the classroom, and the use of technology in developing effective instruction are addressed.
