Residency III

Catalog description

This residency course is 2-weeks in length, with the last 3 days of the second week involving face-to-face interaction with faculty and peers at the Phoenix campus. The focus is on facilitation of group therapy and demonstration of clinical skills. The core of this residency focuses on practicing group work theory and application in a variety of group therapy simulations. This residency is also used to determine the student's readiness for clinical placement in practicum and internship courses.
