Catalog description

This course offers a comprehensive study of the biological, psychological, and relational aspects of intimate human connections. Students will examine factors that influence emotional and physical intimacy across the lifespan. Emphasis is placed on the development of clinical applications, including the understanding and treatment of difficulties in intimate functioning. Students will apply this understanding to case conceptualization and therapeutic interventions.
