This course examines the theoretical and philosophical basis of ethics and the standards of professional conduct applicable to justice and security agencies. Emphasis is placed on ethical dilemmas, the role of ethics in forming policy, and ethical decision-making. The course also explores procedural justice and transparency within an organization.
