Catalog description

A study of organizational change and the methodologies associated with transformation and improvement in modern organizations. This course examines change initiatives and their impact on processes, strategies, people, and organizational culture. Students will explore key theories and models of organizational change, as well as practical tools and techniques for implementing and managing change effectively. The curriculum emphasizes the role of leadership in driving organizational evolution, fostering innovation, and building resilience in dynamic business environments. Through case studies and interactive exercises, students will develop critical skills in diagnosing organizational issues, designing interventions, and evaluating the outcomes of change efforts.
