Catalog description

This course aims to advance students' Japanese language proficiency. Students will broaden their vocabulary and idiomatic expressions while enhancing their knowledge in grammar to accurately comprehend written texts and spoken language. Students will also improve their writing and speaking skills so that they are able to respond appropriately to others and express themselves. The course expands students' understanding of Japanese culture beyond everyday contexts, enabling them to communicate effectively on diverse topics such as Japan's traditional cultures and contemporary societal issues.
