This course provides an in-depth examination of the legal, regulatory, and ethical frameworks governing information technology in a global digital environment. Students will analyze foundational legal concepts, evaluate statutory and regulatory requirements, interpret case law, and assess the ethical implications of technology use. Emphasis is placed on applying legal reasoning, conducting compliance assessments, and recommending responsible IT governance strategies. Through case studies and applied analyses, students will learn to synthesize legal requirements with ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios..
