Catalog description
This course explores modern project management through traditional, agile, and hybrid approaches. Students analyze scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management techniques; apply project management tools; evaluate ethical considerations; and integrate technology-enabled methods for planning and monitoring. Through case studies, tool-based exercises, and a capstone project plan, students will synthesize traditional and agile methods to manage projects in dynamic environments.
