Catalog description

This course will focus on advanced topics in hospitality management that are of critical importance in a dynamic and ever-changing operating environment. The content will range from topics that effect hospitality operations (design trends) to hospitality ownership (franchising) to outside factors that affect the industry (e.g., the global economy, legislative issues, corporate social responsibility, and artificial intelligence). Additional content may address current and emerging issues in the hospitality industry.
