Catalog description

This course focuses on the theoretical study of algorithm design and analysis at an advanced undergraduate level. We will survey powerful algorithmic techniques including randomized algorithms, approximation algorithms, streaming algorithms, dynamic programming, algorithms in Machine Learning, Markov chains, and quantum algorithms.
