Catalog description

Make the most of your internship or engaged activity with this self-paced online course. Through a series of personal reflection modules, you'll build a roadmap for a meaningful, purpose-driven experience - ready to contribute thoughtfully and effectively in professional and community settings. You'll develop a personalized project plan for your upcoming engagement experience, identifying what you hope to learn and the skills you want to develop, and consider how this experience may relate to your prior coursework and your career goals. You'll also learn how to approach your engagement experience in an ethical way, viewing the work as a partnership rather than solely as a learning opportunity, responsive to community priorities and transparent, inclusive, and mutually beneficial.
