Biology: Molecules and Cells - Lab

Catalog description

A laboratory course to accompany the proposed biology course Molecules and Cells ( BIOL 234 ). This lab course provides the opportunity for students to engage in investigations in the laboratory. Through a series of structured lab exercises, students will explore fundamental biological concepts and develop research skills in scientific inquiry, data collection, and analysis. The course emphasizes development of critical thinking, collaborative science, research skills and effective communication of scientific findings. Students who have passed BIOL 230W or BIOL 230M may not enroll in this course.
