IMBA 562 Global Business Management (3) This course examines the unique opportunities and problems that confront multinational companies and international managers as they navigate the company through the extreme complex and ever-changing global economic, political-legal, socio-cultural, and technological environments. It studies the decision choices of international managers regarding business strategies for production and marketing of product and services, the modes of entry into foreign markets, the management of such functions as physical and human resources, production of goods and services, financial management, controlling of operations, labor relations, and conducting businesses ethically. It is designed to help students to gain insights into the complexities of managing across borders and cultures.
