BUS 500BUS 500 Negotiation, Communication, Teamwork (2) This course provides students with an enhanced understanding of their own behavior, the behavior of others, and the capability to deal more effectively with people and groups in organizations. Primary emphasis is placed upon application of experiential learning theory in developing the ability to perform well as a member of a team, and also in facilitating team effectiveness. As adult learners, students are empowered to become active creators of their own learning, and working with the
