A large amount of neuroscience research today involves utilizing fMRI given its high spatial resolution and whole-brain coverage. In order to gain an in-depth understanding of these research findings, it is important to know the principles of fMRI. In this class we will address questions such as: What signal do different fMRI methods measure? How to interpret the results from different fMRI techniques? How to apply these methods to solving real neuroscience problems?
