NUTR 495C : Advanced Field Experience in Nutrition Education and Counseling is intended for students to earn academic credit through a supervised nutrition education and counseling practicum experience. The primary focus of this course is participatory experiential learning accompanied by University-based instruction with oversight and instruction by a faculty member. Students will complete 120 to 160 supervised practice hours.
