This course is to explore the pharmacology, pathology and physical assessment processes for nurse leaders. Students will learn pharmacologic management of common diseases that occur in the major body systems, key physiologic concepts of homeostasis, regulatory mechanisms, protein function and cellular physiology. Students will consider the impact of disease processes and treatments as the apply to the spectrum of healthcare in patients and populations
