Catalog description

Mindful leadership and organizational management processes applied to occupational therapy service delivery will be the focus of the course. Leadership in personnel relationships, systems analysis, program planning, budgeting, advocating for occupational therapy services, and ethical and legal issues will be addressed. Topics are viewed within the perspective of the dynamics of the current health and community systems of occupational therapy practice.
