Catalog description

This course equips HRER professionals with practical tools to analyze and improve workplace practices using data-driven methods. Participants will learn how to identify organizational issues, collect and manage data, and apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques. Emphasis is placed on interpreting results to inform decision-making and enhance HRER strategies. Students will gain hands-on experience with spreadsheet software for tasks such as data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis - including correlation, t-tests, ANOVA, and regression. The course is designed to build actionable skills that support evidence-based HRER interventions and continuous improvement in organizations.
