Macroeconomic uncertainty and regulatory challenges have created an environment where deal structures are more involved, with more challenging business cases, and require a deeper understanding of the processes from the buyer side and the seller side. Strategic leaders need to understand the process of identifying timely opportunities and executing well thought-out deals.
