Nutritional Epidemiology

Catalog description

This course will provide the foundation for understanding Nutritional Epidemiology with a particular focus on theroretical and practical consideration in the design of studies and analysis of dietary data. The material has a strong methodological emphasis, and students are expected to gain a critical understanding of the design, conduct, analysis and interpretation of nutritional epidemiologic studies. The relationship between diet and health outcomes will be thoroughly discussed.
