Introduction to Painting and Sculpting**

- Even Year This hands-on course introduces the student to various materials, techniques and methods used to create works of art. The course involves 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional projects. Through class critique, students will be encouraged to articulate and reflect on their own work and the work of classmates. Students will also develop an awareness and appreciation of painting, sculpting and mixed media within the visual arts.
