Catalog description

End of program course examining the role of evidence-based practice and research in nursing. Focuses on completion of a scholarly, capstone project that provides the opportunity to synthesize knowledge of evidence-based practice and nursing research. Concepts facilitate the analysis and integration of educational and professional knowledge and experiences. Emphasis on recognition of the interrelationship of practice, theory, and research, along with the process of accessing and critiquing scholarly literature to become an informed consumer of nursing research.
