Introduction to the topic of leadership, defined as the process of influencing others to achieve organizational goals. Topics include the history of leadership research; current approaches/theories to the study of leadership; the role of power, influence, and teamwork; and the role of strategic leadership and leadership development. Use of a variety of experiential and feedback exercises.
