Theory and operation of Honda air conditioning systems. Topics include proper diagnosis and servicing techniques, including recycling and handling of refrigerants and retrofitting of vehicles from R-12 to R-134A refrigerant. Emphasis on the effects of chloroflurocarbons (CFCs) on Earth's atmosphere and the use of substitute refrigerants. Spring Only.
