Introduction to motion control theory, applications and hands-on operation. Emphasis placed on stepper motor, servo motor control, modules and hardware design, motion profiles, interfacing with programmable logic controllers, and variable frequency drives. An introduction to vision system applications and interfacing to automated control systems will be incorporated. Spring Only.
