Catalog description

Introduction to multi-user and relational database development. Entity relationships, normalization, and alternative database designs are covered. Emphasis on the documentation of the designs of multi-user and relational databases, and implementation of the secure designs within appropriate database development environments. Discussion and practice include a review of SQL, industry best practices for design and implementation with emphasis on security.
