Skills learned include assessing customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies in electrical and mechanical systems to complete the homebuilding process. Emphasis on planning, scheduling, bidding, and managerial skills from other coursework to develop a complete electrical and mechanical package for today's homebuyers. Particular attention is given to energy conservation, and environmental and safety issues as they relate to electrical and mechanical systems.
