Integration of manufactured components, innovative and alternative foundation options, the modular housing industry, site-built framing techniques using the latest in pre-engineered products, steel framing, and traditional log and post-beam construction. Practical examples and current information from sources such as the National Association of Home Builders emphasize awareness of all the various building systems available to builders today.
